How-To Save Your Kindle Books to Your SD Card
 Digg!

While the Kindle's built-in memory holds a lot of books (almost 200 books depending upon the amount of graphics in each book) you may want to move your e-books to your Kindle's SD memory card (if you've added one to your Kindle).

If you have purchased audio books for your Kindle you definitely will want to consider moving them to your Kindle's SD memory card. Audio books can take from 10 to 90 megabytes of storage and will significantly reduce the number of e-books you can store on your Kindle if you leave that audio books in the Kindle's on-board memory.

The How-To below shows you the steps you'll need to follow to easily move your e-books or audio books to your Kindle's SD memory card.

Step #1 - From the Home screen click on the Kindle's scroll wheel to open the main menu.
